"The rooms were not cleaned on a daily basis. Our shower had black mold. We stayed 4 days, no room services, towels, toilet seal at base leaked. The hotel has been upgraded but no room cleaning. You can hear guests next door, even when they talked low. "

The towels had seen better days, old and thin. The place was clean enough. Never had any host interaction, just emails which were very timely and concise. "
