Cute place, think converted home into a B&B. Great location on the harbor within walking distance to Dockside Charters. Room #1 was perfect for us with a pup, walk right out the patio to a grassy area. The room had a mini fridge and hairdryer, no coffee pot. I would have given a higher review but I was bugged their breakfast is labeled “exceptional” when what they offered is granola, apples&oranges, that’s not “exceptional” to me, and people use the amenities listings to choose lodgings.

Very large and clean room! However, we had an issue down the road at a different hotel that ended with us leaving and the staff here told us they would have lied about having a homeless or drug problem because its not an upsale. Needless to say, we checked in and walked to the parking lot to be met by some other guests looking for a score and cash. Didn't feel safe traveling with a child.

Clean place, good location to haystack, general location is confusing as property is split in two.

This property is in a great location in Seaside and overall we had an OK stay. The property is very outdated. Things were old and pretty sparse. For three of us in a double queen room, there were only two chairs at a small dining table in addition to the beds so not many places to sit and relax. We brought our small dog, which was nice, although they use some kind of room deodorizer that was overpowering and very strong. I had a headache the first night from it. It thankfully dissipated a lot by the second night. The breakfast was an offering of breads, bagels, cereals, fruit juice, coffee, teas, flavored yogurts, apples, oranges and hard boiled eggs. Plan to bring protein, if starting your day with that is important to you! There’s a mini fridge, microwave and cooktop in the room. Although there was dish ware and silverware, we had to ask for pots and pans. My husband and son said the hot tub was nice and warm. We also enjoyed the offering of cookies at 6:00pm each evening. They were yummy! The staff was OK. Some were very nice while others seemed put out. I really wish it was a nicer place. Not sure we’ll go back.
