« The house is wonderful, especially the pool and hot tub area. The beds are very comfy, and there is a lovely full-body massage chair. Be careful. It may lull you right to sleep. The house has a little wear and tear, and the location leaves a little to be desired. We did encounter unhoused people near the entry gate, but they didn't cause us any trouble. We never felt unsafe. There are a few good places to eat nearby (Con Huevos was tasty and walking distance), but if you want dinner/drinks/a...

« Great location with nice little balcony and beach views. Fun aesthetic choices. Comfortable bed, though could use some more pillows. Modern, clean bathroom and kitchen. Living area layout is a little odd—could be arranged differently to better maximize the relatively small space. Nitpicks aside, still a great value for anyone wanting to stay in Manhattan Beach. »

« * Access requires passage through a wooden gate on the East side of the main front house. Upon trying to enter the closed gate, there was no draw string to pull in order to release the latch. One would have to reach over the tall gate to release the latch. Same thing happened with an interior gate closer to the unit. No draw string attached. Had to reach over again. * We decided to utilize the washer unit in the kitchen area. After about five minutes, we discovered about an inch of water...

« What I liked about the the property was it was close to the beach. It could have been cleaner than it was. Also part of the reason I get home to stay in while traveling is to cook my own meals. This property had a poor selection of pans to cook with. Other than that it was a good place to stay. »
