Welcome to our charming vacation getaway! Nestled in a secluded multi-acre lot, our delightful 4-bedroom, 3-bath house with a 1bedroom, 1 bathroom detached suite offers the perfect retreat for your coastal escape. The main house offers a private entry to the upstairs and the downstairs from the exterior only. The detached suite offers a private exterior entry and is equipped with a dishwasher, coffee maker, microwave and a fridge. All 3 parts of this home offer full sized bathrooms. With an open floor plan and a quaint atmosphere, this home is designed to provide you with comfort and relaxation. The main house upstairs offers a spacious kitchen and ample seating in the living room to gather for family cooking and relaxing. Plenty of parking and walking distance from the beach. GVR15009 ​​​​​​​Available upon request for $40 each, plus tax: \* Pack 'n Play \* High Chair \* Air Mattress House Rules \> Quiet hours are enforced from 9 pm-9 am \> Vendors have access to the homes on their scheduled day. Service days have the possibility of changing and do occur up to two times a week. \> This rental property is not used for Nuisance Parties or Unlawful Gatherings. 6 adults maximum plus their dependent children are allowed at the property. \> Unauthorized late check-out will incur a penalty of $150 + tax \>Early check-in and late check-out are subject to availability and may incur additional fees. Please note our policy for items left behind: We are happy to help return items left behind; however, due to logistics and the time required for our team to retrieve and drop off packages, a $25 handling fee plus the cost of shipping will be applied to any items sent back.
