« Unfortunately, my stay did not meet expectations. The hotel did not feel thoroughly cleaned, and there was an unpleasant odor throughout the property. My bathroom had hair in it, the ice bucket in the room was dirty, and there was no ice machine available on my floor, which was inconvenient. Overall, the property could really benefit from a facelift. The rooms and common areas feel dated and could use some modern updates, along with greater attention to cleanliness and housekeeping details. »

« The property was amazing - clean, cute, quiet and peaceful. Check in was easy and traveling alone I was perfectly comfortable and felt safe. I was visiting family nearby but this gave me space alone by myself in the evening. I would definitely stay here again. »

Specifically, a globe was missing on the light in the bathroom; the faucet fixture was loose and moved around; the sink drained extremely slowly; the seal on the shower door was ripped and allowed water to get on the floor; the refrigerator was not mounted and moved around when the door was opened.
