7.2/10 Good! (5,348 reviews)
My girlfriends and I had an ok experience but would not return. Day 1 of our 6 night stay, we had to switch rooms due to the safe malfunction. We were happy since that room was quite humid. Our next room was the one beside it with 2 double beds and the pool side view. On the second day at night we found a cockroach in our washroom and they offered to clean our room the next day even if they only clean the room every 3 days, which is insane. They offered us complimentary breakfast but it was already included in our stay so they offered complimentary appetizers to remedy the situation. The next morning, another cockroach paid me a friendly visit while I was showering. We complained and they switched us rooms again, this time on the third floor with a balcony. All in all, the staff is nice and quite accommodating, but you get what you pay for. I recommend spending a little bit more elsewhere to get a clean and comfortable hotel experience.
