"Parking garage was blocked with no info on how to get in, so we wasted gas driving around to find somewhere to park and call. Pay for room. Pay for parking. Pay a 'destination' fee? (This isn't some remote island. Its a city in Ohio). The staff is barely able to be heard. No one told us about the $10 credit to our room, so it was 'void' by the time we found out on the 2nd night here. Just a money trap for a fairly average hotel."

"It was clean. Good location. Refrigerator didn’t work. No breakfast. Gym, pool and hot tub were all good."

"The entire staff—from the front desk to the kitchen and housekeeping—were outstanding. Everyone was friendly, welcoming, and attentive, consistently going above and beyond to ensure an exceptional guest experience."

"The staff was extremely rude—especially the front desk lady. Asking for extra towels, a blanket, and even to get our room cleaned was too much for this hotel. Do not stay if you’re used to being treated as a human being."
