"I definitely liked this hotel and will definitely consider staying again. The rooms are a great size and I love that it had a mini fridge and a microwave. It had a nice selection for their continental breakfast. Minor complaint about the staff…. We left our room for the day at 11:30 and as we were heading out, I stopped by the check in desk and requested room service. The gentleman said the staff was at lunch and said he’d see what he can do. When we returned at 7:30 that evening they definitely didn’t come as requested. My son had vomited earlier and we had no clean towels left. We had to go back down there and get towels. It was a little frustrating since we left at 11:30 and there was plenty of time for the staff to service our room. There shouldn’t have been any question about getting room service at that time of day. But, this won’t prevent me from staying there again. We liked everything else about the hotel, especially its location on the island bc it was close to everything."
