The floor was dirty. As soon as we walked on it our feet were dirty. It had not been mopped or was mopped with dirty water. The shower had containers for body wash and shampoo, but the shampoo container did not work. Hall carpets were dirty, ragged and in need of replacement. Overall the building was in need of work.

Hallway to room was very dated and we were in a lol smoking room but hallway around the corner was all smoking rooms it stunk and carpet was filthy, room was surprisingly nice smelled like Clorox bet and pillows were comfy tub looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in years very filthy but room was decent for the price

I called the day before check in to ask for an early check in and the woman on the phone said yes. I called the day of early in the morning and the same woman said I could not have early check in cause checkout isn’t until 11 and I said well they said yesterday I could and she said no you can’t and hung up. A man called me 15 minutes later and said they couldn’t find my reservation at all and there was no trace of my name at all. I scrambled trying to make calls to the hotel and who i booked it through for about an hour until I finally got a hold of someone that said they had our reservation. We got there and Michael at the front desk was very nice and said he had our reservation the whole time. Our stay was great but it was a very rough start.
