"It was quiet and clean and adoreable! The boys loved the hot tub, pool table and fire pit. I had a blast rock hunting in the creek! The boys panned for gold! The beds were so comfy you just melted in them. We had a great time and will be returning! "

"Property was exactly as described and we had a lovely stay. The view is gorgeous and the place was very clean and comfortable. Nice linens and towels and the beds were comfortable. We enjoyed the fire pit in the evening with the firewood provided as well. Communication was great and all instructions were clear and detailed. "
"My daughter (teen) and I stayed one night as we passed through on our way home from visiting family close to Atlanta. I wish we had longer to stay! We explored some of the property but would have loved to see more! The room was so clean and comfortable with all amenities we needed. Directions were clear and the hosts were absolutely lovely! We even left with a sunflower bouquet! "

"Enjoyed our trip. Great accommodations for 4 couples. Beds were comfy. Enjoyed time on the porches. Never found the falls on the property but did not go past private property signs. So glad to find the games when it rained. We had a blast. No hvac but the hotel type acs did wonderful in the summer heat. Easy drive to Helen. Cleveland had grocery stores and anything we needed. Highly recommend this rental. "

"Overall we had a wonderful stay. Just the right size for our 10 family members. Some of us had trouble with the stairs but we managed. The grill worked great but the outdoor furniture is lacking. The Wi-Fi worked but could be spotty and inconsistent at times. The kitchen and dining areas were wonderful. As were the TVs.Enjoyed our 5 night stay very much."
