Frogtown Cellars Tours and Activities

We had a great stay at the Westin, the hotel is beautiful, you get that luxury feel. The staff was great, the bar was amazing. I would definitely stay here again. The only complaint I have is the pool. It is advertised as heated and It was not . It took almost two hours and 3 phones calls for someone to come check the pool and when they did come they scanned the pool water from a distance and said It was 85 degrees. The pool was not heated at all and there needs to be a more thorough check on the pool, otherwise It shouldn’t be advertised as heated. Other than that we had a great time .
