"This is a terrific location just a couple blocks from the heart of Manitou Springs, arcade, restaurants, bars, a shuttle stop to the incline, etc. If you plan to live within Manitou for your stay, you won’t even need a car. I took a Lyft from the COS airport and either walked everywhere or took the free shuttle running through Manitou to the incline/Pike’s Peak.
