The overall setting is tranquil and rural, which was nice, but the back yard is Astroturf and so not very inviting, and neither is the decor. Please be aware two rooms have en suite bathrooms and one additional bathroom is shared between two bedrooms. This leaves only one of the four bathrooms for communal use. « The house needs to be updated and deep cleaned. Almost everything we used in the kitchen had to be washed before we could use it. Ended up buying paper plates, cups and utensils. Definitely not worth the price we paid. »

« Good stay and towels/toiletries were provided. But got there and the garage was opened, was a little confused by this and wondered if we were in the right place. Turns out the garage opener on the outside was having issues, owner called me and let me know it was the right place, but we couldn’t park in front of the garage as it was reserved for the people staying upstairs. « Parking was good, WiFi good, most was clean,mold in grout in showers. Hot water to tub faucet difficult to get, not in normal hot water location of control. Floors are vey noisy and uneven. Floor vent outside large bedroon broken. Faint wiff of cigarette smoke in larger bedroom.No remote to bedroom TV, when used other remote, went on but never connected. (Tried x1) »

« This house is clean and nicely decorated. It has everything one needs for a short or long stay. There are lots of shops and restaurants nearby, and it’s easy access to get into Denver. I’ve stayed here twice now and have enjoyed my stay both times. »
