Translating to The Blue House in spanish, every inch of this property has been lovingly and thoughtfully restored to present an experience of upscale casual elegance. The space Perfect for remote work professionals Fully furnished with high-end design finishes and art. Includes Gourmet kitchen, gas range, fully stocked with cookware, bakeware and serveware. Enjoy your mornings on the front porch and relaxing neighborhood. The 2 bedrooms each have large windows allowing for lots of natural light into the room. One of the areas has a desk with bar stools available for anyone who needs to work or study. Perfect space that sleeps comfortably 2 guest on each room and 2 guest on the living room sofa couch bed. Please remember this home has two units, each has separate access. For your convenience, you unit is the upstairs unit, each unit is totally locked off and private, with their own separate entrances, each unit has it’s own laundry room, A/C, kitchen, and the only shared space is the back deck. Price point is great.Cons: What isn’t posted is this is a duplex with renters on the first floor, and they were a little loud at night, and the sofa bed was very uncomfortable. ##### Katie B. The Kitchen had almost everything you need for cooking. The beds were extremely comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay .
