« Horrible! Never stayed in any place that was so filthy. Should never be rented out. No bowls or utensils. No screens on the windows but most did not open anyway. The carpet was so dirty it crunched when we walked on it. The beds were old and extremely uncomfortable. The ceiling in one of the bedrooms was sagging, cracking and appears to be close to falling down. Only 3 chairs for the dining table. 1 side chair and stool were too wobbly to use. « Staff was friendly. Nice breakfast. Could use more staff, in the cleaning department. Hallways and rooms needed a good vacuuming. Cheerios found in corners of kitchen. Pill on the floor of the bedroom. Tables in breakfast area needed wiping between guests. I think they need more staff. Was quiet and convenient. »

« This place is unreal! Nothing like I’ve ever seen in Detroit. The cleanliness, the decor and location is an unbeatable experience. The most valuable thing to me was knowing Me and my belongings were secure. The bonus was I had a 5 star brunch and dinner all within walking distance. The restaurant selection with 1 mile is incredible. 10/10 for sure. »
