"This is an old comfort Inn hotel that has been updated. Nicely done, safe area and rooms are quiet. It is open as Quality Inn. Google maps says this address is closed. Has all the amenities."

"Well if you want to be treated royally, look out your window to the mountains and trees, this is it. Spend a little extra but will be worth it! Had terrible beginning of our journey and this hotel made EVERYTHING better. Cozy lobby fireplace, friendliest staff..cannot say enough good things about! Pets not only welcomed, they are loved with special goody bag! Last road trip for my beloved 15 year old dog…staff sensitive!"

"This property exceeded my expectations. I've stayed in mountain houses before so my expectations are grounded in reality. Everything was bigger and better than the photos show. I enjoyed every morning waking up with the trees. The landscaping is breathtaking and every where you look, it is absolutely beautiful.I highly recommend this for anyone who wants to live in luxury on the threshold of a real mountain forest. If I didn't love exploring new areas and properties, I'd 100% visit Bear's Bliss.Thanks Kathy!"

"Great home with beautiful views. Host makes extra effort to ensure a wonderful stay. Lots of room in a comfortable space. Close enough to town and hiking but also very private. We really enjoyed eating on the deck with gorgeous views of the mountains. The hot tub and fire pit were also very nice. Would stay here again!"

"Very nice, Waterfall was amazing. Some safety comments. Upstairs shower needs no slip mat. Some rugs on floors, upstairs bathroom, kitchen, were also slippery. Grab bars in both bathrooms would be helpful. Great property overall, beautiful setting."
