"The remodeled rooms are nice and well-appointed. This is the 2nd time we've stayed here and my biggest complaint with this property is how the casino is laid out. You have to walk through the smoking section to get to the non-smoking gaming area. And the ventilation is really bad so the smoke is heavy and just feels dirty. "

"The location was convenient, and we appreciated the parking recommendation and discount. The full washer and dryer, along with the other appliances, were also a nice touch and would be especially helpful for a longer stay. The digital key made coming and going simple, and the front desk staff was friendly, though not always especially helpful. That said, the overall cleanliness and upkeep were disappointing. There were no pillow cases or duvet cover (or top sheet) for the bed, and there wasn’t a full set of linens for the pullout couch. The sheets that were provided were stained. We also found dirty dishes left in the dishwasher, coffee grounds still in the coffee maker, and there was no trash bag/liner in the kitchen. It was also clear the unit had not been deep cleaned in quite some time—just walking around in socks left them noticeably dirty. Our biggest issue was that the property is advertised and photographed as if it’s a much nicer stay than it actually is. If it were presented more honestly as a budget-friendly option—more of a step above a hostel—our expectations would have been different. The biggest improvement needed is better setting expectations for what guests are actually walking into."
