"There was a cloth left in my room the bed sheet looked like they haven’t been changed, they was dirty. The hotel didn’t have breakfast. We got lost trying to leave the hotel, the rooms where down graded"

"The hot tub was not working, and we were disappointed, since we came here to take a weekend to relax. The staff was so kind to switch our room to a jacuzzi suite. Bonus! Privacy, and no chlorine! They truly went above and beyond to help resolve our issue.Thank you all! "

"My husband and I stayed here for a mid-week getaway for our anniversary. What a great value! Upstairs king bed was comfortable and kitchen was well appointed for cooking. There's a really nice walking trail around the lake just outside the front door that we took advantage of and were really impressed with the quality of the restaurants in town. Would stay here again our next time in Albert Lea (and would bring the kids!) "
