Our first room we were put in had a flooded bathroom. The front desk employee was helpful and got us into a new room promptly. The next morning the toilet would not flush in our room. My husband went to front desk to inform of this and was told there is a guest with a plugged toilet causing the plumbing issues and will not let them in so there is nothing they can do. My husband had to go to a gas station to use the bathroom. We will not be staying here again. Just so everyone knows hot tub is still not in service.

The staff both at the front desk and in the breakfast area were great and professional! The pool and swimming area was clean, towels provided, all was good. Our room was fine, we stayed in a suite, great set up for my family. I believe that the bathroom floor could have been a tad cleaner…and my low rating on cleanliness came from the entryway and stairwell to the second floor! The carpet looked as if it hadn’t been vacuumed in quite a while, that is a turn off! Please note we have stayed there before, and it was cleaner in the past!
