« We had an amazing experience. From the young man at the front desk when we checked in, the easy check in process, the views, the clean room...I could go on forever. We had a small issue with our room where there was no power on one side but it was fixed in less than 10 minutes and it was only because room service had mistakenly unplugged something. We will definitely stay again, and may only chose this hotel in the future. Oh, and did I mention the restaurant! Food and service was EVERYTHING! »

« Il y a un certain laisser aller dans cet hôtel . Les repas sont servis normalement jusqu’à 14 h mais si vous arrivez à 13 h 30 l on ne vous sert plus . Le réassort de bouteilles d eaux ( pour lequel l on paye un supplément journalier ) n est pas systématiquement fait , j ai dû en demander à la réception plusieurs fois . Une fois ma chambre n a même pas été faite !!! Le personnel de la réception est par contre très réceptif aux demandes et mets tout en œuvre pour aider . Nous avons séjourné...
