We were told less than 24 hours of our stay that there would be a planned power outage, with no power between 1-5am. Power was needed for my wife’s C-PAP machine. We would have cancelled our stay but we were notified after cancellation period with no refunds. Would BC HYDRO give them 24 hours notice of a planned power failure, or would they provide much more time?
Room was dirty, bugs on carpet and candy wrapper under bed. Disappointed with this one.
