"I read reviews before I booked at this hotel even though it was a last minute booking due to an airport delay. The reviews mentioned that the staff was so great and I agree. From my first phone call inquiring about their airport shuttle, to the shuttle pickup, drop off the next morning and the folks at the front desk --everybody was so great! I only got one name, Michelle, but I wanted to make sure she was recognized. They were so caring and even asked about our well-being after we got caught in the rain! Bonus: It's a great location next to walkable restaurants."
