"What an amazing location to stay in the Speyside area and in Dufftown. My expectations were well exceeded by the fit out and finish of the property, the size and space and practical appointments for this accommodation. A modern bathroom complimented the more traditional cottage feel and there was also a washing machine that was very timely at this stage of my holiday. "A fabulous property with everything we needed and so much more. Quirky, clean, peaceful and fun. Hot tub enjoyed by the humans and the dog enjoyed the huge enclosed garden. Would highly recommend and would live to go back to the property again. Weather was an added bonus."

"We had a wonderful stay at Nether Bellandy! Tony and Sharon were great hosts and the cottage is surrounded by beautiful scenery in the Scottish highlands. We saw plenty of local bird and wildlife, had great encounters with the farm animals on site and really enjoyed the remote and quiet location. Would definitely stay again!"

"Lovely stay, very well equipped kitchen, comfortable & very clean. Lovely welcome pack. Beds were really warm & comfy. The balcony was wonderful, watched the sunrise & the surfers every morning with a cup of tea. Didn’t want to leave had such a peaceful time. Look forward to going back. "

"The house is absolutely lovely, and very well stocked. For a family group of 6 from the US, ranging in age from 6 to 80, we had everything we need to cook for a few nights. Great spices, olive oil, vinegar -- even coffee, tea, and a bottle of wine. The stay was delightful, and Nethy Bridge is a darling town!!"

"The home was just as lovely as its description. Maybe even better. The hosts were welcoming and so sweet. Meeting our arrival with a welcome spread that was delicious, extra books to read and a fishing pole for our son who loves to fish. The house was very clean, which is important to us. The location was stunning and not too far from eating and shops in Inverness. Would definitely stay here again."

"We are so grateful that this property was true to their listing. It was a beautiful space that gave the 6 of us all comfort and relaxation. We loved the space so much that we stayed an extra night. Everything from fresh flowers to hand soap, was a gift of joy. This property made it easy to feel at home with all the necessary conforts. The owners thought of everything, even out door comforts. "Check in is easy with lock box. Very clean throughout. Comfortable for the group. Hot tub a real pleasure with gorgeous sunsets to finish the day. Roads around the property are farm tracks so a little care needed. We found the road past the care home a better route to and from the property. If in the area again would look to rent this property."

"Run by a lovely family. This hotel is right on the John o’Groats trail (and in the centre of Tain) and provided a very comfortable nights stay after a long days walk. I noticed it also provides /thinks of the details that not all hotels (along the trail) do…. Bottled water, big pack of shortbread, giant tv (not the tiny wee ones you often get on the wall), alarm clock, in shower mat…."
