We had a great stay at this condo during our trip to Florida. Everything was very clean and well maintained, which made it easy to relax right away. Communication was excellent—clear, prompt, and the instructions were simple to follow from check-in to check-out. The accommodations were comfortable and nicely set up, with everything we needed for our stay. The location was a big highlight—perfect for easy beach access and close to plenty of activities. We would definitely stay here again.

Nice location Easy check in and out Great ocean view and walkable to beach Nice pool Easy to park vehicle on property Some of the staff were super friendly. Room was lovely but beds need to be replaced. In room washer and dryer did not work properly.

It was a fantastic and beautiful property among the best I’ve stayed in on vacation. However, I wish they cleared the beach daily of the seaweed like the public beaches did and sprayed for the love bugs because both things made it difficult to take full advantage of the ocean and property and its amenities respectively.Apparently, early May is peak for the Sargassum seaweed and love bugs. The pool chairs, patio, game room, fire pit and other public places were fully covered with bugs some days so we couldn’t even use them.

Pros: Excellent position on St Pete beach. Miles of beautiful white sand and warm water. Very low waves and shallow water so excellent for kids. Not at all crowded (May 6-May 13). Helpful staff. Cons: Pools were small so got crowded and sometimes hard to find a chair to sit in (lots of pools though). Parking is $25/day, but so are all the other hotels in the area. Chairs/Umbrellas on the beach were complimentary only for rows 2 and 3, but not first row (the kids working those were great btw). Delayed check out was $20/hour past 11:00am. These are nickel and dime'ing considering the cost of the hotel itself.
