"During our 5 days stay here there was a power outage for 2 hours where we lost our dinner/groceries. This resort doesn’t have a back up generator and it’s a time share location. My over all experience with the staff was they were not helpful, didn’t really care. The only good thing is there are a lot of kids activities on site. I would really think twice before booking here again."

"Prior to check in, I had left a larger and much more expensive resort in Orlando which hosted a work meeting. They need to take tips from Sheraton! The Sheraton exceeded all my expectations! Convenient and top tier service! Perfect for families and for just couples. Check in was superb. I was greeted at the door by two hostesses that directed me to check in. After check in I went directly across the lobby to book tickets at Disney. Property grounds are extremely clean. My family and I took advantage of one of the two pools, fitness center and pickle ball courts. We walked the property and were extremely entertained by the karaoke at the onsite restaurant. "

"Room was clean but very dated and pretty much basic. Also had an "old" odor but nit overwhelming. Beds were very firm. Outer grounds were nice & good central location. Fair price for what you get. Just don't set expectations high."
