"We stayed here while visiting an aunt. We liked the location and it was great having the living area and kitchenette. We were able to get up and make our own breakfast, which was nice. We also packed some lunches as well, and stored some food for dinner with my aunt. Having the kitchenette was key."

"Overall the property is good for a NYC stay, Our main complaint was the cleanliness of the unit, the bathroom smelled of urine until we cleaned the walls, floor and toilet base and the shower walls had stuck on debris and hair. The lack of attention to overall cleanliness didn't stop there, the couch had bits of food stuck in the cushions and clearly they had not cleaned this for many stays before us. Then there was stained sheets on one of the beds in the bedroom, Also even though the host was...
