Fui a la recepción a pedir toallas solamente dos toallas te dan y me dijo la persona que no me daba las toallas porque era una por persona… el cuarto está demasiado sucio, todo descuidado, nunca me había hospedado en un lugar tan horrible como éste😡😡😡😡 es increíble, pero aunque me bañé mi hija y yo salimos con ese olor fétido impregnado en nuestro pelo en...

« Went to a concert and made arrangements for an uber ride and a stay to play it safe. Place was ghetto, room was dirty refrigerator made a loud sound from time to time and there was no way we were going to sleep well. Talked to the front desk and told him about the situation and was asking for a refund or partial refund and he said he would talk to his manager. We left and drove home to get decent sleep. Later on that night spoke with him and i was informed that i was not going to get a refund...

« The boutique showed up as cat friendly on my web search. I was traveling with my cat so excitedly booked. Once I finalized the payment I got an email which highlighted the property is not pet friendly and to please not bring pets. I quickly called to cancel but wasn’t able to get through to any staff. I called a few times over the next couple days- only to find out the staff is truly not available. I received emails about “we’re excited to see you” to which I’d reply “hi please help me...

« Got in around 11 pm to check in, had to drop our stuff and go because we had somewhere to be and didn't really get a chance to check out the room. Didn't get back again until about 1 am and the entire lot was full with nowhere to park. Ended up parking somewhere nearby and discovered the room was infested with roaches, on the walls in the tub, in the sink. Between that and not feeling comfortable with the parking, we ended up not even sleeping in the room and couldn't get help until morning....
