-The good: Good bed. Air conditioning worked well. Nice windows. High ceiling. Elevator worked. -The not so good: No water glasses. No face cloths. Hallways scattered with sheets and other cleaning supplies. Too far from centre, farther than they say in Expedia. 7 EU breakfast not a good deal as it was minimalist. Very noisy with lots of banging and stomping at night and garbage pickup at 6 AM. Insufficient storage for clothing. No storage space in bathroom. Minimal decor.

The hotel is in a good quiet location but very close to the centre and 10 mins walk from the train station. The rooms are clean and have everything needed for a nice enjoyable stay.

The hotel is small but situated walking distance from the train station. The staff were accommodating and friendly. The hotel is very clean. Several blocks away there are many places to dine including a mixture of restaurants. Lovely hotel!

Property was pretty decent overall. Only issue we had was that our shower was leaky. We placed a few towels outside of the shower door to soak up the leaking but it didn't help so instead we had to place a few towels on the inside to prevent leaking. The staff provided extra towels. Also, the soap dispenser was empty when we checked in but we just asked for a few bars of soap. IMO, the soap dispenser is something that should be checked when someone checks out.

Overall good stay! Close to major attractions and lots of good restaurants. Room was smaller than appeared in pictures- typical European style so that wasn’t a big deal for us. A/C was hardly working, so the nights were quite warm but otherwise a good stay!

The shower was nice. The room is okay. The hotel is somewhat near to the train station. I got a king room and they charged me extra for an additional person. It was 2 of us. Breakfast is not good, better go somewhere near the hotel room to have breakfast.

The room was just for me. The staff was nice. The AC could’ve worked better. I opened my window the first night and got bit by mosquitos for the rest of the trip. Other than that, it was an okay hotel. I got locked out my room and had to pay 50 euros for someone to come let me back in.

The staff were so friendly and polite. Breakfast could have been included for 7 euros we felt it was limited compared to what other hotels in Italy offered with the hotel price. The room was a decent size but our bed covers had a large stain that was quite off putting and it didn’t seem the cleanest compared to other hotels we stayed at during our trip. The location was good within walking distance to a lot of places.

Great location of hotel. It is walking distance from Train station but still very quiet. The rooms were exceptionally SMALL. There were no drawers of any kind to place items/clothes. No bedside tables either. There was a open closet rail to hang a few clothes. We lived out of our suitcases even though we stayed 4 nights.
