Good value! Property a bit tired. Good showers Poor AC Good cotton bedding!

As a lone ,older, female traveler I must say that the staff could not have been more helpful. Nothing was too much trouble and considering that I spoke very little French. They could not have been more helpful. The room was spacious, very clean , comfortable and extremely quiet. The breakfast facilities were adequate and there was plenty of variety. Again the staff were very attentive and friendly. I can recommend Hotel Vatel and would not hesitate to stay there again.

Room was great!! Very centrally located to all of the areas we wanted to visit. Parking on site was a wonderful plus and the little patio off our room was a bonus. Provided Nespresso pods, sugar and cream and all essentials for a longer stay and cook in room if you had to. Front desk staff very helpful. Breakfast for a small fee but we did not get a chance to enjoy but glad it was an option.

We truly enjoyed our stay at First Name. Stayed two nights with out two dogs and would definitely come here again if ever in Bordeaux again. The room was clean and quiet. The bed was super comfortable and all staff were very nice and courteous. The food was excellent and the location just a few minutes walk from the center.
