« This place is absolutely perfect and also a perfect location! Was so nice to be able to stop in anytime while on Duval Street. Back pool area was super nice and quiet, definitely plan to come again and utilize the grill and bar area! Can't beat this deal! »

« Place was very clean, beds were super comfortable. Did not love the loft style room due to privacy and Duvall can be loud at night (although it isn’t at the very busy end of Duvall). Although it’s very large. The second bedroom is very small but bed is comfortable. Communication was very good. »

« We booked this last minute for a quick girls getaway. We wanted something away from but convenient to Duval. This was perfect. Tucked on a quiet street sat this wonderful place. It was private, comfortable, easy to get to everything and best of all was the swimming pool courtyard. We enjoyed days out and about and evenings with some prosecco in the pool. It would be easy to rent bikes and ride everywhere, but these two post-menopausal mamas were hot...so we rented a golf cart from Minty's....

« Biggest downfall was the elevators out of order and not fixed on the day they said would be fixed, my elderly friend didn't leave much because of that issue and they could only get another room for us from the 3rd floor to the 2nd floor which required 4 flights of stairs; the balcony furniture was torn in many places; the pull-out couch was uncomfortable; neighbors beside us smoke marijuana a lot and it filled our room with the smell; suggest to have a written paper of what all is offered rather...

« Interacting before and during stay was great. Got picked up in a nice Mercedes Van and delivered to property a quick 3 minutes from airport. Condo was roomy, clean and perfect for the 2 couples. Pool area was a great way to cool down after a hot humid day of running around. Public beach is about a 5 minute walk away as well. Any needs/questions were quickly answered and taken care of. Shuttle was always available and on time. »

« This was a great trip and Rick &Alex added to it and were excellent “hosts”. The property was great, having the shuttle was great and being on that end of the island was the best fit for our family!!!! Looking forward to a future visit!! The Kohlrieser family from Ohio »

« We always love staying at Pelicans Landing. This is the first time in this specific condo. It was very nice. We love being able to see the pool and water. We would highly suggest staying here. We have always had good communications with the property managers/host. »
