The unit was nice but needs work on the little things. The fan over the bed needs to be cleaned, one of the hooks on the bathroom wall kept falling off. The same with one the arms of the toilet paper holder. There was minimal water pressure in the kitchen and bathroom sinks, although the shower wasn’t bad. It was close to Duval Street so you could walk and explore the neighborhoods. The studio worked well for us. The property is located in historic Key West just a short walk from Duvall. We decided to rent bicycles and literally rode them everywhere on the island. We’re both light sleepers, so finding a quiet location is always a concern for us. This little studio was perfect. It was so quiet and spotless. It was walking distance to Duvall Street to enjoy the festivities, yet far enough away so there was no partying noise. We highly recommend this VRBO and would stay here again. The check in and out process was seamless and there was excellent communication with the owners.
