"I had to book into Scandic while waiting for my emergency passport to arrive. This took four days but during that time I was made to feel very welcome, staff could not do enough to help especially one of the Reception Staff Jennifer. She called DHL customer services on my behalf to organise the pickup of my passport. She was my angel, helping calm me during a very stressful time. I will be forever grateful for her help. (Their breakfasts are amazing too!)"

"This was my second visit. Close to airport, clean and quiet. Cold breakfast buffet of cereals, yoghurt, bread and chilled spreads as well as chilled breakfast sandwiches. There may have been a toaster oven for those, not sure. Coffee machine. My only issues are that they list in-room AC, but there is no in-room control, just a vent.
