"We had booked at this hotel for more than 2 months and arrived at the hotel we learned that they no longer had any rooms because they were overbooked (we were 5 people). They transferred us to another hotel (only 1 room for 4 people) and we had to negotiate for 2 hours to get an extra bed... never again this hotel. In addition, we were not able to reach Expedia via a telephone number... we were very disappointed with our stay."
