The staff was friendly and the room was mediocre. The tub was dirty, but overall it was okay

The pillows provided in our room were extremely firm and oversized, making them very uncomfortable to sleep on. Unfortunately, everyone in our family developed neck pain and muscle spasms, and we struggled to get a good night’s sleep during both nights of our stay. When I raised the issue, I was told that there were no alternative pillows available and was advised to use the comforter instead, which was not a practical solution. I spoke with both the night manager and the morning manager. They assured me they would discuss the matter with their supervisor and contact me afterward. I provided my contact information, but no one ever followed up. This was not the experience we expected, and it left us very disappointed. We spent a significant amount of money on our stay, yet ended up with discomfort, poor sleep, and a lack of customer service. Based on our experience, I would not recommend this property to others.

The hotel was perfect area amazing . they have a three casinos, and the shadow will take you to the different casino.

Very clean, very quiet. McDonald's is next door. We styed for the Road America Indy race. Convenient location from the track. We grabbed a burger at a tavern in town (delicious) and finished it with some ice cream at the local ice cream shop. Will stay again if we attend the race next year.

We need to normalize hotels getting rid of full size beds. Other then that, very clean, staff was great.
