"Excellent view of caldera and in the middle of Fira and Imerovigli so you have many food options nearby. Also, they have a large parking spot nearby where there are taxis waiting and you can get picked up for activities like catamaran cruises there. Breakfast is delivered to your room (even up flights of stairs) and it is nice to have it overlooking the caldera. Would recommend for your next Santorini trip."

"The view from this property cannot be beat-it is stunning and incredible. Definitely book a room with a sea view. Only downside was our bathroom, which was extremely small and down at the heels. It definitely needs to be updated. Other than that this hotel is good value for the money and is in an excellent and beautiful location. Very helpful staff at the front desk."

"Be aware that there are many steps down the hillside to access the rooms. For some of us, there is quite a bit of huffing and puffing on the way uo. The staff carry your suitcases up and down but they don't carry you. The rooms are clean. The staff are friendly and helpful. The view from the balconies is awesome but that is true for many of hotels. It was a little cold in the room at night (early May) and there was no way to raise the temperature of the room. Hot water was not instantly available. It was necessary to turn on the hot water switch each time hot water was required and then wait for the water to heat up. And, of course, Agali Houses is not cheap but I expect most people would think it is fair value. The buffet breakfast cost an extra 18 euro ($22)."

"The suites were just amazing something out of a movie and the host Sofia was wonderful and always there to help with anything couldn't ask for a better host, also Ilias who brought us breakfast every morning which were very delicious and he also helped with our suitcases was very polite and assisted us with anything we needed. Would most definitely recommend this place to anyone absolutely stunning views as well as the location is just perfect. Will definitely be staying here again when returning back to Santorini. "

"The setting of the hotel was amazing. We had fabulous views of the caldera in Santorini. The room was very spacious with adequate storage for our three day stay. The breakfast was great. The staff made fresh omelets for you if you did not like the ready made scrambled eggs. As far as the rest of the buffet, every day they cooked different things. The staff were so friendly and helpful. I had been in touch with them before we arrived and they always answered all of my questions, and did everything possible to make sure we had a wonderful time during our stay at the Majestic."
