« We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at "Sparrow" cottage. It was very clean and just the right size for the two of us. The entire property at The Ledges was kept up with the utmost of care. Situated by the docks made just sitting and watching boats and birds a delight. The location is very near the downtown area where all the restaurants and shops are. « We stayed in the Finch and loved it. Bed was super comfy and the shower is divine! I love the care and thoughtfulness that is put into every aspect of the cottages and the grounds. There is everything you need for cooking and a dishwasher! We brought our two small dogs, and we enjoyed exploring the property, especially by the docks. The fall decor is grogeous. Each cottage had its own pumpkin, firepit with supplied wood, kindling and Adirondack chairs, and outdoor table area. I highly recommend...

« The listing missed mentioning how many stairs there are . I don't do steps well. Otherwise the apartment was very nice. I have never paid that much for housecleaning so that is a negative in my book. »

« We loved this house, it was clean and spacious and fit our needs. I loved the kitchen and big dining room. It’s a lovely lake cottage. My only suggestion would be a tv in the master bedroom. Also we do wish the weeds and sumac were trimmed to see the lakefront better. It’s overgrown and you can’t really see the dock or if you have swimmers from the deck. Maybe another umbrella outside too. It’s a perfect spot, just needs a little tlc outside. »

« We had cottage #17. The cottage was excellent and very clean. Everything worked like it should, good water pressure, washer/dryer in the cottage, and 2 bathrooms! Management response to any question was fast and friendly. The only thing the cottage didn’t have was a good view of the river, although you can get a glimpse from the porch if you look to the right. However, that is not a knock as the cottage is an incredible value. You do have access to the river but it requires walking down a little...
