"We were originally booked at Capt Inn & Suites and since they were closing prior to our booked reservation, we were moved to Thomson’s Resort. Thomson’s exceeded my expectations. It was really decorated nicely decorated and felt homey. The view off the balcony of Boldt Castle was spectacular as well! My only two critiques was that our room was located up 26 stairs and we weren’t told that ahead of time. I have a bad back so the stairs weren’t helpful and we tried to avoid going in and out...
