« Wasn't expecting a Ritz Carlton in a small town, but it was a lot better than I imagined. Staff was very nice; rooms were clean; and a very convenient location. Our microwave didn't appear to work, but I'm an old-timer, maybe it was operator-error! The breakfast was just okay. We were there 2 nights. One morning the waffle mixture came out 1/2 batter and 1/2 water?? The next day it was all batter which was good. The coffee could be better. Again, that dispensed kinda 1/2 coffee and 1/2...

« It was our mistake that we booked in Peterson not Lanesboro. Nothing to do in Peterson except use the bike trail—so more time in the car than we wanted for restaurants, shops, and the theater. Everything was fine at the B and B, but nothing was fantastic. Clean and quiet, but the bed wasn’t super comfortable and the toilet ran incessantly (in a small room the noise starts to bother!). The breakfast was fine, the common rooms were fine, the big porch was fine. The owner wanted to make the stay...

« Our room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel was in a great location. It was easy to find off the main road with grocery, gas, and meals adjacent to the property. We had a nice complimentary breakfast. We were in and out and didn't have a lot of contact with the staff, but they were attentive at the desk and in the kitchen area. I would stay there again. »

« Our large family traveled to the property. Other people were staying there and we were turned away by the owner. Nothing was done to find ys a new place, so we turned around and drove home. It was a waste of time, money and gas. Nothing was done to make situation right. »
