  • Cette suite est entièrement contenue. Tout ce que vous avez à faire est d'arriver et de profiter. Le manoir historique Phelps est plein de caractère historique, des armoires de cuisine d'origine aux planchers de bois franc de l'ensemble. Il y a eu de nombreuses mises à jour tout au long du processus de réadaptation et offre de nombreux équipements modernes. Cette unité est une chambre avec un nouveau lit Amish et un matelas Queen très confortable. Situé dans le salon, deux canapés. L'un est un canapé-lit Queen exceptionnellement confortable, le canapé supplémentaire peut être utilisé pour dormir la 5ème personne. La cuisine est approvisionnée avec tous les articles de cuisine; vaisselle, argenterie, assiettes, bols, casseroles, poêles, ustensiles de cuisson, cafetière, grille-pain et micro-ondes. (Pour 6 personnes) Réfrigérateur pleine grandeur et cuisinière à gaz. Wi-Fi et câble gratuits. Grande télévision à écran plat. Parking disponible.

We had an excellent stay at this suite in the Phelps Mansion. It was honestly more beautiful, spacious and cleaner than we expected. Great location for Decorah, close to everything you'd want. We even sae deer each night in the neighborhood :) would definitely come again.

It was a great place to stay! The kitchen was perfect! I did some cooking and the kitchen had everything I needed to cook! We would definitely stay there again.

This is a beautiful place, very clean. The kitchen is well stocked and had everything we needed. The neighborhood is lovely and quiet. Just a short walk to downtown with lots of restaurants and shops. We would stay there again.

We stayed in Suite 1 of Day Street Suites for 3 nights for a long weekend get away. This historic mansion has been lovingly updated. Everything was very clean. Kitchen had anything needed to cook or have quick snack. Comfy bed & furniture and plenty of fluffy towels. A short walk to downtown with all the shops and restaurants. If you go on a weekend make reservations to eat Pizza @ Luna Valley Farm. It’s just a short drive into the country. All communication from Bruce & Kaleen was clear & prompt. Lastly I will note that even with high temperatures & humidity the Suite was comfortably cool. I highly recommend this unique historic Suite!

Wedding weekend

Had a wedding in the area and taking our infant with us for the first time. The place was perfect! Super close to downtown! Would rent again next time we are in the area.

Enjoyed having this place to come in and out of during our stay in Decorah. So convenient to have the amenities of a home. Everything went super smooth with host, clean and comfortable space, and room to spread out.

Beautiful, historic property

The property was nicely updated, well maintained and very clean. Nice location, easy walking distance to a grocery store and the downtown area for shopping, dining, etc. We'll have to remember this one for the next time we're in town.

Do not book this property! Arrived and it smelled musty. The yard was shin high, not mowed and the fire pit was dirty and no firewood. Had an issue with the gas stove, called the host. Ended up having called the fire department on our own, they recommended we get our stuff out. It was 11 o’clock at night and went to a hotel. Had booked three nights only stayed one night and no compensation.! Hosts were not helpful and we’re quite rude. VERY DISAPPOINTED

Great location, quiet get-away

This home is located just a few blocks from the downtown shops and restaurants, an easy walk on quiet streets. Off-street parking was a bonus. The suite is very roomy and extremely clean, durnished with the necessities. We were surprised how quiet the evenings and nights were, very peaceful. In all, a great stay and highly recommended.

Quaint,quiet and convenient

This property was just what we needed for a visit to Decorah. Just a short walk to downtown in a quiet neighborhood. The suite was clean and the owners were quick to answer any questions we may have had. We will definitely keep this property on our list.
