"Very clean room a great place to disconnect from the world love the room it had a fireplace with wood and matches to really enjoy. Wi fi at main lodge and dining is exquisite but no choices for smaller meals. Great experience would go again!"

"Staff were not the friendliest. My two kids purchased the same candy at the front desk at two different times and they were charged two different prices. When my wife confronted them, they gave gave a bogus explanation about change not being available and refunded the change. There are 3 restaurants on site. But only one of them was open at a time. Defeats the purpose of having 3. The facility was clean and accessible. "

"Check in time the staff mentioned that the right hand side building is under construction but when we mentioned that nothing was stated at the time of booking she than promptly changed her mind and provided room which with mountain view which we requested. Breakfast was very nice. We really enjoyed it !! Staff was helpful !!"

"theres a weird smell in the room when we first get inside and somehow i woke up with some rashes and itch, i guess the room are not clean thoroughly. staff are all accommodating and approachable. experience was awesome would go back again for sure but hopefully with 101% clean linens and smelled fresh room."

"The great parts... staff, rustic lodge feel, surrounding geography, attached restaurant and bar, afternoon tea, complimentary coffee station just outside our room. Pool, gym, hot tub and steam were nice. The room was quaint, and matched vibe of hotel, but was admittedly a bit tired looking. Still a wonderful little get away for us!"

"I booked this hotel because of the reviews???(do not believe reviews) it was terrible after driving all day to get to this location, no staff onsite, you have to stand out in the cold to phone a number to get the key which is the mailbox. I would have cancelled if we were earlier! Nothing worked, TV no signal, sink didn't drain, toilet seat moves andthe link was broken. I will attach pictures, THIS IS NOT QUIET OR PEACEFUL!!! SEMI TRUCKS NON STOP ALL NIGHT WITH JAKE BRAKES AS THIS IS THE TOP OF GOLDEN Valley, as they drive down the major grade hill into Golden BC, RED lipstick on a rundown flytrap, parking terrible, the toitet paper jambed with the paper wrap onto the holder the toilets ran all night TERRIBLE after a 10 hr drive to experience thsi, was expecting a little more! I know its not the Ritz but come on! You charge a fee provide service!"
