"Good location and price for the stay. Staff was pleasant. Valet is mandatory and $50 a day so that is not the best. Also all blinds except for 1 broken and we wanted a high room for a view. Due to this and the windows being so dirty you can see anything. High rooms are unnecessary here"

"They have a roof top bar and restaurant, that caught our eye! We check in the front desk man tells us all about it, drop everything off in our room. Head to go up and it says closed for private event! Kinda NOT fair 😪 If we had known we would have stayed somewhere else."

"I was advised that I had late checkout. When I attempted to enter the room prior to my late checkout time (after being at the pool) they told me I had to show identification(as I’m standing there in my bathing suit with only my towel and keycard). I obviously had no purse with me. Very annoying and zero responsibility for locking me out of the room. Otherwise, the room and Library Bar were impeccable."
