"This is a real no-frills hotel. Staff isn't fluent in English and the entire facility is really dated. Rooms are sparse and more suited to migrant workers instead of travelers. The breakfast consisted of bagels and white bread and a selection of three dry cereals. The parking lot was strewed with building materials and yellow crime scene tape. I'm not sure where the photos were taken, but they don't reflect the current facility. This is a noisy location."

"We liked the motel but it didn’t have a billiards table which was listed so the grandkids were disappointed. We booked this motel because of the billiards table. However, the rooms were nice and clean. My husband and I would stay again. "

"Check-in and out was quick and easy. The staff was friendly and quickly gave local family friendly dining recommendations at my request. The rooms were clean, well kept, and offered all the amenities we needed. They were well replenished when needed by the staff. The pool was great for a couple trips with the kids. Breakfast was one of the best we have had; Tons of great options, well stocked and refreshed. They even had options for those with health restrictions Our only regret is that Graystone Lodge isn’t located all over or it would become our go-to for all travel."

"The staff was really helpful. When we arrived, there was a missing bulb in our room that they replaced promptly. Later we realized there was kind of a musty smell though. Then, when we pulled back sheets there were some stains. I also found a long hair in my bed. My son and I have short hair. It was fine, but I won’t probably come back. Didn’t want to go through the hassle of changing rooms."

"This property is outstanding. It is very private, as it rests at the end of a tree-lined mountain road that literally terminates in the woods. As such, the privacy and solitude are unmatched. We especially enjoyed the large stone fireplace that was not only charming and cozy, but also functional as temperatures at 3000 ft can drop by 30 degrees as the sun sets ! Even more outstanding than the splendor of the cabin was the attentiveness and hospitality of the host. He "has your back", as exemplified by facilitating an early check in since the cabin was ready early, and then texting us once or twice during our stay to assure our needs were met."

"Beautiful location and very nice hotel. My room was not ready at check-in time so the young lady at the front desk was kind enough to put me into a different room. Unfortunately the restaurant was not open nor was it open the following day which is not convenient at all for guests. The hot water was not working in the bathroom and apparently there were a few complaints from other guests as well. The rooms are very spacious and comfortable."
