We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help.
The complimentary shuttle service to and from the airport and Shanghai Disneyland was very convenient and made our trip much easier. We truly appreciated the excellent service and hospitality.
Highly recommended for anyone visiting Shanghai, especially families going to Disneyland. We would definitely stay here again!

The hotel is pretty old in general and sort of poorly maintained. First is the blackout curtain was not properly postioned in the slot, it woke me up as soon as the sun rises. Then nearly half of the sockets are too loose to use. Can you believe the socket for the hair dryer is unuseable????? I have to plug it to a socket outside the washroom that's near the floor area.... This is really subpar as a Banyan Tree...

Only had breakfast 3 out of the 7 days but found all hot food and drinks to be tepid/cool which was a shame but the large choice including traditional Chinese foods (some not to my taste like 1/2 a ducks marinated head) was a exceptionally ..."
