They didn’t know where anything was or how or what was even available. We called down for towels they said we had to come down to get them. No TVs in bedrooms. Bare bones! Not a great first time impression of Philly.😖"

"Great location. Could walk all around center city. Shower in the room wouldn’t turn off properly and kept dripping. There were also holes in the upper wall in the room. I had two rooms. The other room also had issues with the shower but no holes in the wall."
