Staff was great and helpful. The only down part was the shower - It took the water about 5 minutes to get luke warm (this was at night). I tried again in the morning and after waiting a few minutes it was still cold. The sink water got hot but not the shower. I disnt say anything at night due to it being 11p i was going to switch rooms at that time.
