« If hell was a place this would be it literally if looks were it ….it would be the best place ever is a beautiful looking place, but as far as cleanliness and amenities and ease of getting in Area that we were supposed to go to was awful. « No staff on premises totally automated-code to get into hotel and rooms. Same per breakfast facilities help yourself, bottle waters included. Only issue if you have a lot of bags no elevator only stairs and a lot of them…so pack lite. Hotel easy access to subway which I’d recommend Dupoint circle. You can get train from Regan airport for $4 vs Uber $40. Good local restaurants and access to tourist attractions- White House etc. I’ll stay there again. »

« We wanted to be in DC for America’s 250th Birthday Celebration. I saw the posting & it was just what we needed for our stay. The pictures of the outside of the building are inaccurate. This is row houses not a shiney modern building. There was a strong sewer order throughout the apartment which made sleeping difficult. Holiday weekend so maintenance was “unavailable”. The weather was extremely hot but I wouldn’t have missed this for the world! »

« Complex was nice. Unit could have been cleaner, but it was decent. We had to wipe down surfaces, sweep, tidy up the couch, and purge some dingy towels. Outside the building was different story. Drug infested areas surrounding the building, and not just marijuana. Really nice statue in front of the building that is classified as a public park, and that's right where all drug activity originated. Safety was questionable, although we had a code for entry. »
