"You only learned after booking that the owner would be in the basement at all times and moving cars around constantly. That was not explained in the listing. He also mowed the lawn while we were there, which was not pleasant while trying to nap. The keypad to enter the home doesn’t work properly and you have to type the code multiple times to finally enter. The beds are not comfortable at all. "Plus: clean, location to beach, sofa bed actually comfortable (although no sheets that actually fit) Not so plus: front lawn not mowed, had hard time parking on the pad (I drove a Kia Sorento, no street parking), no hand towels, wash cloths, paper towels/kitchen towels (first thing went to Target to get what we needed), no games/books/magazines, designated office area—beat up desk sandwiched next to sofa, backyard not very private, just not a super welcoming vibe. Albeit, not the worst place...

"Super cute and charming cottage and very flexible and accommodating!"

"The seaside cottage was centrally located for my Christmas visit with friends. To my surprise there was everything that I could possible need to cook and there was a shower dispenser with body wash, shampoo and conditioner. There was a note welcoming me to the host’s home and a booklet with the has pictures and guidance for my stay. I choose this for the fact I could have my dog but was surprised by the extras. Will stay here again while I am visiting friends and family. "
