« We spend a few days, it was very confortable and Graham explain us everything very well.We played tennis ( but rackets and balls were very old …) Only one thing to say : In the rooms there are no shutters and we are quickly woken up by the light. »

« Great place in the town of Swanpool. Great walking trails, lots of wildlife and all things nautical to see. Fantastic place to stay, I highly recommend. »

« We had a wonderful stay at Woodpeckers. The house had everything we needed and was well equipped and with a lovely seating area outside. It is set in beautiful, well kept grounds and with handy amenities on the doorstep, including a play area which the kids enjoyed. It was ideally located for us to explore Cornwall and with lovely beaches close by. Karen was a friendly and helpful host who made everything easy for us. We look forward to returning sometime! »

« We stayed at Rachel's place while in town for our eldest son's graduation from Falmouth University. It was perfect-walking distance to both the beach and town, had every amenity we needed and then some, modern appliances, big bathrooms, washer/dryer, etc plus an enclosed garden that afforded us quiet and privacy. Rachel was a very accommodating and responsive host. Would highly reccomend! »

« Horrible in every way. Upon entering the property we were greeted with a strong, foul odor that didn't subside for a couple of days. A completely filled rubbish bin along with a full recycling bin were sitting right by the front entrance (After I called and complained, it was not removed until the following day). I found mold in the espresso maker and one of the floor boards on the porch collapsed while we were there (again, not immediately taken care of). Perhaps one of the most inconvenient...

« We had a happy and comfortable family stay at this property. The location was perfect for us. The children loved being 3 minutes from the beach. The couples loved the romantic coastal strolls in the evenings. The co-op down the road was there for anything we had forgotten. The house was also great in terms of visitor readiness. Little things like a nice well-lit large kitchen table for games, no clutter so we didn’t have to worry about the children breaking anything, throws on the sofas etc. All...

« Clean, comfortable, cozy, warm and well equipped, just like home. We had a lovely stay. Tennis court was really nice and bird song was the only sound outside (no road noise). 10-15 minute drive from Falmouth, lovely walks to beaches and great on-site cafe. Lyn couldn't have been more helpful. She gave us loads of advice about what to do and where to go. »
