      Families love our five bedroom / two bath house located on a quiet side street close to Falmouth Heights Beach (0.3 mile / 6 minute walk), the Island Queen Martha’s Vineyard ferry, British Beer Company, and the Black Dog Café. Grab your beach chairs and stroll down to the ocean.

      The first floor has a full bathroom, living room with 40in tv, dining area with chairs for 8, large kitchen, den with trundled daybed sleeps two, washer/dryer, and bedroom with 1 queen bed. The back deck includes a table, chairs and is a perfect spot to relax. It’s a few steps down to the gas grill and picnic table neatly set in the shady backyard. The enclosed outdoor shower is great after a swim. The finished basement has a 42in tv, antique piano, board games and comfortable seating. On the second floor there are three bedrooms: 1 large bedroom has a full bed and 2 twins, another has a new queen bed, and the third includes a queen bed.

      Located in picturesque Falmouth Heights, this family home is ideally situated near the 6-mile marker of the Falmouth Road Race. Bring your bikes and ride along the coastal route to Woods Hole. Be sure to explore the town’s many beaches, eclectic shops, and fabulous eateries.

      Fun Falmouth Vacation
      Very nice house on a quiet street within easy walking distance to the beach, the Martha's Vineyard ferry and even Falmouth Commodore's ball games - just a great location in one of the Cape's best towns. The listing was accurate and the house was well equipped and clean and modern with plenty of space. The backyard with a very nice deck and gas grill was perfect for our Friday night dinner for eight. We all had a great week on Eldona Street in Falmouth and would gladly do it again.
