After 45 min and 3 support persons it was discovered there was a double booking so they canceled our reservation and told us to book again through Expedia. No way! "Staff were kind and very helpful. Location was PERFECT for and easy to get to. There was a walking path right to the historical Harpers Ferry site which was a highlight. The beds were great and heating/cooling system was too. There was no elevator and the hallways were dusty and old. The bathrooms were sub-par. The continental breakfast was lacking but expected given this was a cheaper hotel for us."
